Yes, we have a minimum order fee of $85.00.
All orders that are over $500 require a 50% deposit to begin the job, with the second half due upon completion of the project. Orders under $500 are to be paid in full before the project begins.
Proofs and designs are subject to a design fee. Typically this is billed to the client at $85.00 per hour depending on the scope of the job. If you are purchasing an entire sign package, the design and proof fees may be bundled into the total price of the package.
Yes, there is a fee for creating and submitting sign permits. These feels vary depending on the city in which your sign will be installed.

The time for completion of a job varies depending on the scope of the job and the current workload of the shop. Quotes usually take between one day to one week. Proofs can take up to 2 weeks to be received by the client, followed by the time needed to make any revisions to the proof before approval. Once approved, we may have to submit a permit to your city. This can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks on average depending on the job. Finally there is the production of the sign. Again, this will depend on the type of job as well as what the shop’s workload it at the time.
If you opening a business, please contact us as soon as you have signed your lease or have purchased the property if possible. Many business owners make the mistake of waiting until the last minute to order a sign. Unfortunately, we cannot turn back time. Many clients do not realize the extensive process involved from design to installation of a sign. On average, a building sign for your business can take anywhere form 2 to 4 months to complete depending on the complexity of the design and if permitting is needed. Please make sure to allow ample time for us to get your job finished before your grand opening.
